On the manufacturing process that AIRFREN S.L. develops, take part different outsourced processes.


· FOUNDRY .- In this step of manufacturing, AIR FREN S.L. has different national and international companies of aluminium foundry, iron foundry, etc. The molds, which belong to AIRFREN S.L., are given as a deposit for the foundry process.
 

· AUXILIARY FACTORIES .- AIRFREN S.L. has a outsourced auxiliary factories net for the production of its products ( mechanization, rectification, stamping, printing, etc.)

In these outsourced processes, the Quality Department of AIR FREN makes all the appropriate controls to assure the quality of the components.

AIR FREN makes the ASSEMBLY and VERIFICATION of its products with a highly qualified personnel and different test benches.
